Liebe Studierende,

bitte beachten Sie die Regelung bei einer Absage von einer mündlichen Nachprüfung:

• Sie erhalten den Termin für die mündliche Nachprüfung vom betreffenden Institut und bestätigen diesen.
• Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Termin auch dann für Sie verbindlich ist, wenn Sie diesen nicht beim Institut bestätigen.
• Sollten Sie den Prüfungstermin ohne triftigen Grund versäumen, gilt die Prüfung als mit „nicht ausreichend“ (5,0) bewertet.
• Bei Absage wegen Krankheit, Unfall oder sonstigen triftigen Gründen, ist unverzüglich ein formloser schriftlicher Rücktrittantrag an den Prüfungsausschuss zu stellen.
• Die im Antrag genannten Gründe sind zu belegen und glaubhaft zu machen, im Krankheitsfall durch ein ärztliches Attest.
• Wird bei Absage kein Rücktrittantrag gestellt, erfolgt keine unverzügliche Anzeige des Grundes oder wurde nicht unverzüglich ein ärztliches Attest vorgelegt, wird der Antrag durch den Prüfungsausschuss abgelehnt und die Nachprüfung mit "nicht ausreichend" (5,0) bewertet.

Beachten Sie bitte: bei einer Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung handelt es sich nicht um ein Attest.

Dear students,

please note the regulations for canceling an oral re-examination: 

• You will receive the date for the oral re-examination from the relevant institute and confirm it.
• Please note that the date is binding for you even if you do not confirm it with the institute. 
• If you miss the examination date without a valid reason, the examination will be graded as "fail" (5.0). 
• In the event of cancellation due to illness, accident or other valid reasons, an informal written application for withdrawal must be submitted to the examination committee without delay. 
• The reasons stated in the application must be substantiated and made credible, in the case of illness by means of a medical certificate. 
• If no application for withdrawal is submitted in the event of cancellation, the reason is not reported immediately or a medical certificate is not submitted immediately, the application will be rejected by the examination committee and the re-examination will be graded as "insufficient" (5.0).

Please note: a certificate of incapacity for work is not a medical certificate.
